Gli ospiti hanno accesso a tutto l'appartamento La casa si trova nel quartiere più centrale di Milano, infatti dalla bellissima via Astride dei Togni si accede direttamente al Duomo di Milano. È famosa per lo shopping e per i buonissimi ristoranti e negozi street food. Il quartiere si caratterizza inoltre per vari luoghi di attrazione artistici e religiosi, come il Museo del Novecento, Duomo, il Teatro La Scala, il Castello Sforzesco, ecc. Centrale, elegante, luminoso e silenzioso appartamento, situato nel vivace e storico quartiere tra Palestro e Porta venezia, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana di Porta venezia (linea rossa), dalla via dello shopping (Corso Buenos Aires) e dal bellissimo parco Indro Montanelli. Sotto casa vi sono numerosi e ottimi ristoranti, locali alla moda, bar e qualsiasi altro tipo di negozio. L'appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato completamente ed è dotato di tutti i comfort per soggiorni sia brevi che lunghi. L'appartamento, arredato con gusto e stile, è dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole e confortevole soggiorno. Si compone principalmente di una salone con cucina a vista, una camera padronale e una camera ospiti. Le due camere sono separate dal salone e posizionate ai due lati opposti dell’appartamento, dando completa privacy ai rispettivi ospiti una vota in stanza. Il salone si presenta con un soggiorno dotato di comodissimi divani (di cui uno trasformabile in letto), TV, tavolo/isola con fornelli a scomparsa, cantina vini e frigo. La camera padronale ha annessi bagno con doccia e cabina armadio. La camera ospiti ha invece un bagno adiacente dotato di vasca/doccia. L'appartamento è dotato di WIFi gratutito, ferro da stiro, macchinetta per il caffè, phon, lavasciuga, ecc. ed è adatto fino a 6 persone. Su richiesta c’è pure la possibilità di parcheggio auto coperto (box), a pagamento. Il quartiere è tra i più in voga a Milano con un pullulare di locali e ristoranti etnici e di tendenza. Nei fine settimana si anima di persone che sorseggiano drink nei vari locali presenti nella zona. Sotto casa c'è la metro rossa "Porta Venezia" che vi porta al Duomo in 2 minuti. Nel caso si volesse fare jogging o sport all'aria aperta, a 100 metri da casa vi è il Parco Giardini di Palestro. Sono disponibile 24 h su 24 e 7 giorni su 7. L'appartamento è ben collegato: c'è la metro, tram, treni, bike me, stazione dei taxi. Stupendo appartamento nel cuore dei Navigli. Arredato finemente e completo di tutti i comfort: Wi-Fi, 2 condizionatori, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, TV ecc. Ideale per gruppi di amici, coppie e famiglie. A due passi dalla metro e dal tram. Centro raggiungibile a piedi. L'appartamento è molto carino ed adatto sia a gruppi di 4 persone che a famiglie. E' situato un bel stabile di ringhiera vecchia Milano, ideale per chi vuole vivere a pieno la vita milanese. E' composta da una cucina accessoriata con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno indimenticabile. In cucina poi vi è un comodissimo divano letto per due persone. Dalla cucina si accede si accede alla camera da letto dove vi è un letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Dopo un piccolo disimpegno si accede al bagno, dotato di asciugacapelli, doccia ecc. Che dire, perfetto per un soggiorno indimenticabile;) La zona è molto animata da locali e ristoranti con tavoli all'aperto. Questa parte del Naviglio è pedonale lungo il canale fino alla darsena. Ci sono negozi di artigiani e artisti. l'ultima domenica del mese c'è il più grande mercato dell'antiquariato della città. Via Tortona appena dopo la stazione, offre il Museo Mudec, la Fondazione Silos Armani e locali e negozi alla moda. Il pane migliore lo trovate da Peter Pan via Vigevano 25. Per chi è goloso consiglio la Pasticceria Cucchi corso Genova 1 e Gattullo Piazzale di Porta Lodovica, 2. Il metro linea 2 che collega le stazioni di Cadorna e Centrale è a soli 150 metri. La linea di Tram 2 è a 200 metri e va direttamente in centro, al Duomo. Refined one-bedroom apartment of around 85 square meters, recently renovated with quality materials, located on the fourth floor of an elegant period building with concierge service and lift. The apartment has an entrance hall, large fully equipped kitchen with induction hobs, cozy bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double bed, spacious wardrobes and study corner, large, bright living area with dining table and sitting area which includes a double sofa bed. A spacious bathroom with shower and laundry area. The flat is equipped with ducted air conditioning and parquet floors, it is characterized by the elegance of the furnishings, overlooking an internal courtyard which gives precious silence and a strategic position: Piazza San Babila and the Duomo can be reached in less than 15 minutes by foot, the University of Milan, the Policlinico of Milan and the Gaetano Pini Hospital are very close. The area is well served by shops and public transport: a few steps away is the Crocetta metro station yellow line M3 and trams and buses 16, 24 and 94. Possibility to request a parking space in the building. Please note: deposit equals to 2-months rent for stays longer than 6 months. Payments, after the first through (hidden), must be made by bank transfer or credit card. Utilities included up to 70 euros per month. Any extra fee will be charged separately. Tourist visa not accepted to sign contract. Valid passport and “codice fiscale” are required for contract registration. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30%.
