Il/la sales area manager riporterà al responsabile commerciale e si occuperà di: - creare una chiara e completa mappatura dei clienti potenziali e dei loro bisogni - identificare localmente potenziali rappresentati e/o distributori idonei alla commercializzazione dei prodotti realizzati dall’azienda - acquisire una solida conoscenza delle regole di partecipazione alle gare e la capacità di analizzare bandi e contratti in maniera competente - partecipare alla definizione annuale del budget in termini di volumi e marginalità, condizioni di pagamento - presentare trimestralmente al proprio responsabile un report sugli obiettivi raggiunti, le previsioni di vendita e un resoconto dell’attività commerciale - mantenere regolari contatti con la rete vendita e i clienti, in particolare visitando periodicamente i key account - formare adeguatamente la rete commerciale ed effettuare presentazioni direttamente presso i clienti - collaborare con colleghi dell’area tecnica per gestire le varie fasi di offerta, di verifica della marginalità e di pianificazione - coadiuvare il proprio responsabile nelle negoziazioni - utilizzare gli strumenti aziendali e software a supporto dell’attività sales e di consuntivazione - laurea in ingegneria o diploma in meccanicaindispensabile la conoscenza professionale dell’inglese, gradita la conoscenza del tedesco e/o del francese - esperienza in area commerciale preferibilmente nella vendita di prodotti e sistemi strumentali a base meccanica, con forte presenza di automazione ed integrazione di più macchine - capacità di utilizzare strumenti sw a supporto delle attività sales e conoscenza base del cad - spiccate doti relazionali e abilità comunicative, capacità di networking e di fidelizzazione dei clienti - attitudine a lavorare su obiettivi e budget con approccio metodico, business acumen e doti analitiche - ampia disponibilità a compiere trasferte frequenti all'estero (indicativamente 60% del tempo) - capacità di individuare, organizzare, istruire e seguire una rete di vendita per paeseazienda di progettazione e produzione operante nel settore metalmeccanico, che si rivolge a clienti nazionali ed internazionaliassunzione con ccnl metalmeccanico industria; retribuzione e inquadramento verranno definiti con il/la candidato/a scelto/acostituirà titolo preferenziale l’esperienza pregressa di creazione di una rete di vendita all'estero zona di lavoro: figline e incisa valdarno
