Stiamo cercando un/una hr business partner che costituisca la funzione risorse umane e definisca le strategie hr adatte a promuovere la cultura aziendale e a sviluppare le competenze e i talentiprincipali attività e responsabilità : - contribuire all’ambizioso progetto di crescita aziendale gestendo il piano delle assunzioni e il recruitment, in collaborazione con società di selezione, agenzie e partner esterni - ideare e guidare le iniziative per l’attraction e la retention dei talenti - analizzare il fabbisogno formativo interno per organizzare un’adeguata offerta di training, che favorisca l’acquisizione e l’aggiornamento delle competenze tecniche e sostenga lo sviluppo delle soft skills - facilitare la diffusione della cultura e dei valori aziendali, organizzando attività di coinvolgimento e inclusione delle risorse - aggiornare e gestire i sistemi di perfomance management e di incentivazione/mbo - raccogliere e analizzare i kpi relativi alle risorse e ai team - gestire lo sviluppo organizzativo e il career framework - mantenere un dialogo costante con il team di leadership, i manager e i dipendenti per risolvere prontamente situazioni critiche e sostenere il commitment verso gli obiettivi di business - monitorare i costi del personale in collaborazione con la funzione financeinquadramento, retribuzione e benefits verranno definiti in base al profilo sceltoesperienza pregressa come hrbp o ruolo affine maturata presso società di servizi - preferibilmente del settore it, digital, high-tech o affini – caratterizzate da dinamismo, apertura all’innovazione e centralità delle risorse umane tra gli asset aziendali - solide competenze di talent acquisition e selezione, anche con utilizzo di strumenti di assessment - conoscenza dei sistemi di valutazione e sviluppo delle risorse umane - spiccate doti comunicative, capacità di dialogare con tutti i livelli dell’organizzazione, team-building, motivazione delle risorse, coaching, leadership inclusiva - capacità di gestire progetti, guidare iniziative e sviluppare processi hr - familiarità nell’utilizzo di software e gestionalititolo universitario; l’aver conseguito un master in ambito hr sarà considerato un plusil nostro cliente è una società operante nel settore dei servizi, caratterizzata da un forte dinamismo e da un ambiente di lavoro giovane, collaborativo, aperto all’innovazione e alla progettualità la sede di lavoro è nella provincia di lucca - si valutano candidati/e provenienti da altre province e regioni laddove vi sia la disponibilità al trasferimento
