• provvedere allo studio, all’elaborazione e al rilascio dei cicli di lavorazione delle attività produttive determinando le fasi, i tempi, i costi, le attrezzature ed il fabbisogno originario dei materiali occorrenti secondo i criteri di massima efficienza e produttività , con la finalità di ottimizzare e di bilanciare la saturazione della linea
